Our shipping is managed through a third party, Courier guy. Please visit their website for their detailed Terms and Conditions. 

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1-2 days and delivery confirmed by way of Courier guy.

Please note that once your online-order is processed, finalized and paid for we cannot make any adjustments, add, swop or change any products. You will have to do a new online order.

Shipping Costs

Our costs vary according to the actual and volumetric weight of your order as well as your geographical location in relation to our offices.   

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Shipping in South Africa can take 2-7 days for your parcel to arrive.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not accept P.O Boxes as a shipping address. Currently, we do not have any restrictions in delivering to certain countries.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are situated in a high risk area, it may be determined by the courier for you to collect your order from the nearest police station. If this is the case, the courier company will notify you when your package is ready for collection at the police station.

Missing or Lost Packages
